Bio:
Peggy currently serves as Managing Director of Halstatt, LLC. and is a principal in the Halstatt Real Estate Partners private equity real estate funds where she is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring, and managing real estate transactions. Peggy serves on the board of directors of SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG), where she is the Chair of the compensation committee and Starwood REIT (SREIT), where she is a member of the audit and compensation committees. She also serves on the board of directors of Starwood Credit (SCREDIT), where she is a member of the audit committee.
Peggy previously worked at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking for fifteen years and served as a member of the Management Group for the Investment Banking Division, Chief of Staff for the Financing Division, and Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Banking Real Estate Department.
Peggy received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Illinois. She serves on real estate advisory boards for the University of Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University. She is President of the Harvard Club of SW Florida, where she has served on the board for the past 10 years.
