Speaker Bios:
Alexis Crespo:
Alexis offers a wealth professional planning experience across the State of Florida, and is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She has led her planning staff in the successful completion of numerous privately initiated rezoning petitions, comprehensive plan amendments, annexations, variances, special exceptions, and other planning and zoning actions related to residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use development.
Alexis regularly assists local governments with the formulation of Land Development Code amendments, Comprehensive Plan updates, and more. She also provides expert witness testimony and analysis relating to a variety of litigation matters.
Chloe Garside:
Chloe is a Development Associate at Sansone Group, working directly alongside Jeff Greenwalt. At Sansone, she works with their industrial Development Partners to procure and execute transactions including; build-to-suit, value-add acquisition & ground-up development. She looks to be a resource for any of her customers as it relates to ANYTHING regarding industrial real estate development and investment.
Chloe is an active member in the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), she is currently the Co-Chair for the Membership Development Committee and previously has served on the Emerging Leader Steering committee.
She is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), previously a member of Charleston Women in Trade (CWIT) serving on the Scholarships committee, previously a participating Board member for the South Carolina International Trade Conference (SCITC) serving on the Scholarships committee, as well as the Programs committee. She also previously sat on Propeller Club Board of Governors. She is also an active member in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) on the local and national level, as well as the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). Chloe is the incoming UCREW Liaison for the SW Florida Chapter. Chloe previously won the CREW Foundation Scholarship, so CREW has played a large part in her career journey.
In 2024, Chloe also expanded a networking organization to the Charleston area called the Future of Real Estate (FORE) and grew that exponentially.
Pam Wittenauer-Bratton:
Pamela is a commercial real estate specialist focused on sales and leasing of investment properties in Lee and Collier Counties. A proven Top Producer and RE/MAX 100% Club honoree, she combines market expertise with community leadership.
She currently serves as President of CCIM Southwest Florida (2025) and Vice-President of the Commercial Committee for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, while also contributing to organizations including REIS, REIA, CIP (Treasurer), and CREW.
Beyond real estate, Pamela is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity’s Heritage Heights Community, the St. Martin de Porres Outreach Ministry, and serving on the Catholic Charities – Lee County Board. Her dedication was recognized with the 2025 Frank K. Galeana Humanitarian Award.
An alumna of Indiana State University (BS, Business/Marketing), Pamela is a Lifetime ISU Alumni Member and active in the Chi Omega Sorority Alumnae of Lee County.
